Guarantee and Return Policy

Customers may return any order from Allthingsbutterfly.com - Edith Ellen LLC for any reason within 30 days of delivery, This includes wrong colour, size, or anything else. There will be a 10% restocking charge for any returns other than items that are damaged.

When Shipping back, the package must contain the Customer’s name, date of purchase, and reason for return. This will help us keep track of faulty manufacturers.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of item receipt. When return is received, Edith Ellen LLC will issue your refund.
