Guarantee and Return Policy

Customers may return any product purchased from Allthingsbutterfly.com for any reason. Providing it is returned within 30 days of delivery, This includes wrong color, size, or anything else. If the return is not made because of faulty workmanship or other flaws, a 10% restocking fee will apply. If the return is because of flaws, no restocking fees or shipping fees will apply.

When Shipping back, the package must contain the Customer’s name, date of purchase, and reason for return. This will help us keep track of faulty manufacturers.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of item receipt. When return is received , Edith Ellen LLC (owner of Allthingsbutterfly.com) will issue your refund.
