Guarantee and Return Policy

• Customers may return any order from Butterfly Grower, Butterflyconservationsupplies.com - Watch Bugs Grow LLC for any reason within 30 days of delivery, This includes wrong color, size, or anything else.  You will incur a 10% restocking fee unless the item was overtly defective. When Shipping back, the package must contain the Customer’s name, date of purchase, and reason for return. This will help us keep track of faulty manufacturers.
  
  The buyer is responsible for all return Shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of item receipt. When return is received , Butterfly Grower will issue your refund.
